Smooth Wall & Paint

Smooth Wall & Paint is an innovative premium one coat system, combining the characteristics and performance of a high solids level 5 acrylic coating, primer, and flat  finishing paint all-in-one.

What is it?

Smooth Wall & Paint is designed for use over interior gypsum wallboard or interior concrete surfaces, and can be spray applied, or rolled-on to achieve a combined one coat level 5 fnish and top-coat fnish system. Smooth Wall & Paint hides minor defects and reduces variations, and may be used in lieu of a trowel or spray applied skim coat, primer coat, and fnish paint coat combined.

Benefits:

Smooth Wall & Paint is a low odor, zero VOC, and acrylic based.  It has excellent sprayability, sag resistance, wet and dry hide, is smooth, dries fast, and produces a high build ultra-flat finish.  It exhibits excellent adhesion to wallboard, primers, and concrete surfaces, and has good water resistance and scrub resistance. Smooth Wall & Paint’s alkali resistance (up to pH 13) allows for seven day old (’hot’) and older concrete to be coated.

Simple Application

Step 1

Step 2

Spray 1st coat of smooth wall.

Step 3
